Qualifications and experience required:

Qualified CA (SA)
10-15 years post qualification experience
Merger and acquisitions experience is beneficial
Travel or FMCG experience is needed
Board of directors

Duties and responsibilities:

Full financial reporting
Budgets and forecasts
Strategic input
Implementing and maintaining processes and procedures
Team management

Skills and competencies:

Strong SAP knowledge
Pro-active approach to implementation of changes
Advanced excel knowledge
