JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, who has footprints within the logistics space and has become an employer of choice, is on the lookout for an experienced professional with an established track record in their career to lead their dynamic finance team as the Chief Financial Officer. This role is for an individual who enjoys both the technical and operational aspects of finance and is fond of problem solving, implementing structures as well as assuming responsibility for the financial control environment. Duties:

Overseeing the full financial function
Strategic planning
Tracking cash flow
Analysing the company's financial
Oversee the payroll and IT
Cost saving initiatives
Systems implementation

Qualification and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 8 years commercial experience
3 to 5 years as a Financial Manager / Financial Director
At least 3 years as a CFO
Must come from the manufacturing industry

Skills:

Advanced Excel knowledge
Strong IFRS knowledge
