• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and treasury functions.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships, conducting financial due diligence.
• Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with the group's growth strategy.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making.
• Present financial information to the executive team and board of directors.

• Develop and implement robust risk management processes, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage and contingency planning.

• Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in real estate, with a track record of driving financial performance.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
