POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of Client Partners into AIâenabled strategic advisors through structured 120âday upskilling roadmaps
Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROIâdriven storytelling
Drive Câsuite relationships, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
Align crossâfunctional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams; convert multiâsource insights into influential content
Set KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops that ensure a highâperforming humanâAI hybrid advisory capability

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)

Experience:

12+ years in insights/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in productâled research, CX, or strategy
Proven success in African markets and AIâdriven transformation
Strong track record in Câsuite engagement and revenue growth

Skills:

Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
Ability to work in matrix structures with Data Science/Tech divisions
Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation

Nonânegotiables:

Passion for evolving traditional research into techâenhanced strategic value
Ability to merge human insight with AIâpowered outputs to influence executive decisionâmaking
