A leading player in the motor industry that specialises in selling luxury vehicles for the elite has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join their team.

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the company within the motor industry. Working closely with the executive team, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our business objectives and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years experience within a similar operations field
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the motor industry, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and business growth
• Strong understanding of motor industry dynamics, including manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements
