POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies and responsibilities

Directly in charge of overseeing the main business operations, such as customer service, customer experience, IT, projects, marketing, service providers, and agents.
Developing and putting into place scalable procedures and systems to support the company’s ongoing, quick expansion.
Working in a close-knit management team to promote a successful work culture, customer happiness, and business performance.
