Our client is a well established international company whom specializes in the Defense industry. They are expanding and is looking for a COO to join their team.

Area: Cape Town 
Salary: Market related

Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in a similar role;
• Own reliable transport and valid license;
• Well presented;
• Great communication skills;
• Project Management qualification;
• Experience in the defense industry (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic) will be a bonus.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Fulfill the functions of chief executive and manager;
• Design and implement policies to promote company culture and vision;
• Oversee operations to keep the business on track.
