Our client is a well established international company whom specializes in the Defense industry. They are expanding and is looking for a COO to join their team.

Area: Cape Town
Salary: Market related

Requirements:

At least 10 years experience in a similar role;
Own reliable transport and valid license;
Well presented;
Great communication skills;
Project Management qualification;
Experience in the defense industry (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic) will be a bonus.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Fulfill the functions of chief executive and manager;
Design and implement policies to promote company culture and vision;
Oversee operations to keep the business on track.
