POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

The Chief Operating Officer (Mining) will be responsible for driving business execution across all the mining business operations, managing key deliverables and metrics to ensure best in class cycle time, timely service delivery, sustainable and profitable growth.

Minimum qualifications:
Mining Engineering Degree 10 years’ relevant experience, Preferably 5 years’ managerial experience
Additional qualifications: MBA would be an advantage

Knowledge:

Working knowledge and experience of the chrome mining industry
Project planning and management
Major incident, problem and change management
Continual service and product improvement
Cross functional knowledge and understanding of business e.g. HR, Finance, and Supply Chain etc.
Demonstrate good working knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, management policies, strategies and systems.
