POSITION INFO:
Our client is a trailblazer in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, with a rock-solid reputation across Southern Africa and a bold plan for continental growth. With international partnerships and multi-modal operations, they’re ready for their next phase — but they need a leader who can turn big vision into daily execution.

As the COO, you’ll be the heartbeat of the organisation. Think end-to-end operations. Think high-level strategy. Think hands-on leadership. You’ll work side-by-side with the CFO, and ideally, you bring some CFO experience yourself — because understanding the numbers is just as critical as moving the goods.

• 🎓 Education:
  • Qualified CA(SA) — non-negotiable
• 🧠 Experience:
  • 15–20+ years in senior finance or operational leadership roles
  • Proven success in freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics
  • Track record of leading multi-site, complex operations
  • CFO or strong financial oversight experience = huge advantage
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement — Board, investors, and partners
