POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for an exceptional Chief Risk & Compliance Officer to spearhead enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and governance functions for a fast-growing, complex organisation with national impact. This role reports directly to the CEO and Board, offering unmatched strategic influence.

What You’ll Lead & Build:
As the CRCO, you will architect and execute a cutting-edge Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy that empowers smarter decisions and strengthens resilience across the organisation.

Drive enterprise-wide risk strategy, frameworks, and methodologies
Lead a high-performing team of risk specialists
Embed a culture of ownership, awareness, and predictive risk intelligence
Partner with executives to ensure that risk is part of every strategic conversation
Present risk insights and reports at a Board and Exco level
Own the full risk cycle: Identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting
Build real-time dashboards, KRIs, predictive analytics, and horizon-scanning capabilities
Oversee compliance, regulatory alignment, internal controls and audits
Lead incident response, crisis management, and root-cause analysis initiatives

Ensuring that the organisation maintains regulatory excellence

Empowering teams with training, communication, and risk champions
Providing the Board with high-quality, strategic risk insights

What We’re Looking For:

10–12 years in risk leadership, with at least 5 years at a senior/executive level
Strong mastery of ERM frameworks (ISO, COSO, etc.)
Advanced analytics capability (SQL, Python, R, Power BI/Tableau, and KRIs)
Board reporting experience
Strong crisis leadership and incident management capability
Proven ability to build and uplift teams
Strategic influence, exceptional communication, and executive presence
Relevant Degree required (in Risk, Finance, Business, etc.)
Professional Certifications such as FRM, PRM, and CRISC highly desirable
Master’s Degree beneficial
