POSITION INFO:

Opportunity for a skilled CTO in Bryanston with 10 - 15 years’ experience within the IT Infrastructure space. The company''s core business focuses on providing fiber to businesses with a large footprint within Southern Africa.

Salary: R 1mil - R1.5 mil

Interview process:

• 2 hour Psychometric test
• 30min Technical test
• 1st interview with CIO and CFO
• 2nd interview with CFO and CTO

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma/3 year Certificate

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience with Infrastructures
• 6+ years experience as a CTO
• Must come from Fibre to Business industry
• Skilled in Voice/VOIP
• Cyber Security (Fortigate)
• Business Development experience

• Business development to small to medium companies
• Implement new ideas to automate business processes
• VOIP systems design
• VOIP systems maintenance and monitoring
• Monitoring systems
• Manage and train a team of technical support engineers
• Networking solutions and design

• Voice call planning and statistics
• Support fees planning and management
• Subscription and billing management
• Negotiate with suppliers
• VOIP rates and last-mile link negotiations
