POSITION INFO:

Opportunity for a skilled CTO in Bryanston with 10 - 15 years’ experience within the IT Infrastructure space. The company''s core business focuses on providing fiber to businesses with a large footprint within Southern Africa.

Salary: R 1mil - R1.5 mil

Interview process:

2 hour Psychometric test
30min Technical test
1st interview with CIO and CFO
2nd interview with CFO and CTO

Qualifications:

Matric
Degree/Diploma/3 year Certificate

Requirements:

10+ years experience with Infrastructures
6+ years experience as a CTO
Must come from Fibre to Business industry
Skilled in Voice/VOIP
Cyber Security (Fortigate)
Business Development experience

KPA''s:

Overseeing IT professionals within different functions
Business development to small to medium companies
Implement new ideas to automate business processes
VOIP systems design
VOIP systems maintenance and monitoring
Monitoring systems
Manage and train a team of technical support engineers
Networking solutions and design
On-site solutions
Voice call planning and statistics
Support fees planning and management
Subscription and billing management
Negotiate with suppliers
VOIP rates and last-mile link negotiations
