The Mandate

As the Executive Family Officer, you will serve as the primary guardian of family prosperity. Your day-to-day is a masterclass in complexity:

Master of Governance: You will draft and maintain the "DNA" of family success, from Family Constitutions to intricate trust deeds and succession plans.
Global Structural Expert: You will oversee sophisticated local and offshore structures, ensuring every SPV and philanthropic entity is optimized and compliant.
Chief Relationship Architect: You will lead a multidisciplinary ecosystem of bankers, investment managers, and tax advisors, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits a singular, holistic vision.
Strategic Mentor: You won''t just manage wealth; you will lead and mentor a dedicated support team, driving innovation in how family offices operate in a modern context.

The Profile of Excellence

This role demands a unique blend of technical brilliance and emotional intelligence:

The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce is the baseline. If you hold a CFP®, CFA®, or CA(SA), you already speak the language of this office.
The Experience: You bring 7–10 years of "battle-tested" experience in private banking, fiduciary services, or tax advisory.
The Mindset: You are an entrepreneurial thinker who thrives under pressure and possesses the discretion required to handle the most sensitive of family affairs.
