Opportunity for a Chief financial officer

POSITION INFO:

A giant in the financial services sector is currently recruiting for a CFO. This organization is almost a century year old and has a large footprint. The successful candidate will be a dynamic CA(SA) with ample financial services exposure who has experience with IFRS 17 implementation.

Duties:

Management of the finance and accounting team
Providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team
Managing forecasting and budgets,
Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Advising on long-term business and financial planning

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
At least 7 years post article experience with 3 years in management
Experience in financial services is essential

Skill:

IFRS 17
