Salary: R1.4 million CTC
Location: Midrand
Experience Required: 3+ years in legal practice & legislative drafting

Are you a Legal Advisor with a passion for aviation law and regulatory development? Our client is seeking a a skilled professional to support their legal and compliance team in ensuring the integrity of civil aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop legally sound regulations and technical standards
• Manage regulatory formulation and approval processes
• Provide legal advisory services, including vetting contracts, exemptions, and policies
• Draft and finalize international agreements and memoranda of understanding (MOUs)
• Oversee litigation processes and represent cases in appeal committees
• Ensure regulations comply with legal and constitutional standards

Requirements

• B Proc or LLB degree, with Admission as Attorney or Advocate
• Certification in Legislative Drafting (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in legal practice and regulation development
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
