SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent with solid background in civil engineering projects — including reservoirs, water reticulation, earthworks, bulk sewer, and bulk water infrastructure.

POSITION INFO:
Site Agent in Construction Industry Western Cape Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all site activities and project execution. Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and materials on site. Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and manage budgets. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Maintain high standards of quality and productivity. Requirements: BEng \/ BSc \/ BTech \/ National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management ECSA or SACPCMP registration Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering projects Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200 \/ GCC) Proven experience in civil construction project management ( pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works) Excellent leadership and communication skills (English and Afrikaans) Valid driver's license
