A leading consulting engineering firm is seeking a Professional Registered Civil Technologist with 8+ years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of projects while mentoring junior team members.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Design and develop civil engineering infrastructure projects Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports Work on roads, stormwater drainage, and bulk earthworks projects Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professional disciplines Provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle Review designs and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technologists Skills & Experience: Lead and manage the technical delivery of assigned civil engineering projects Undertake design calculations and develop practical engineering solutions Assist with project planning, coordination, and technical reporting Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, specifications, and municipal requirements Conduct design reviews and provide technical support to project teams Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of the technical team Minimum 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience Qualification: BTech \/ BEng Tech Civil Engineering qualification Professional registration with ECSA (PR Tech Eng) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Engineering recruitment vacancies.
