POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

To assist the Contract Management & Administration Department in terms of :
Contract Administration (Stage 5) compliance auditing.
Measurement of Stage 5 quantities. (Site visits to assist RE staff)
Setting up of the Contract specific Approved Quantity Book (AQB) summary sheets
Setting up of Contract specific Payment Certificate templates.
Review of civil engineering construction tender documents prepared by the relevant HHO Departments (e.g. Roads, Structures and Urban).
Review and implement Stage 5 quality control check sheets.

Requirements

BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering
4 years of relevant experience
Age 25 - 35
Software: MS Excell, MS Project, MS Word
