This role is ideal for a strong managerial professional capable of overseeing teams, project portfolios, and operational performance within a civil engineering division. You will guide engineers, streamline processes, and uphold technical excellence.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
Oversee project pipelines, resource planning, and strategic delivery
Implement quality and compliance standards across all projects
Support business development and client relationship management
Drive internal process improvement and innovation initiatives

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10+ years in engineering with at least minimum of 3 years in management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Qualification:

BEng/MEng Civil Engineering
ECSA Pr Eng required

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
