JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Civil litigation process
Drafting Section 129 letter
Drafting notice of Motion Applications
Drafting Affidavits
Default Judgements Application
Summary Judgement Application
Warrant of Execution
Dictating on Attorneys’ dictation and written note
Liaising with correspondents and sheriffs
Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
Preparing court documents

The ideal candidate has:

Certificate in Paralegal is an advantage
3 years’ litigation experience Magistrate and High court
Proficient in typing Dictation
Should be familiar with the court rules
