POSITION INFO:
Are you a visionary Civil Engineer with a passion for solar energy? Do you thrive on designing and implementing large-scale projects that make a real impact? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in solar plant projects.

In this role, you will lead the civil engineering aspects of our solar projects, from initial site assessment to final construction. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the design, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the structural integrity of our solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for prospective solar plant locations.
• Design and oversee the development of civil infrastructure for solar projects, including foundations, roads, drainage systems, and support structures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil engineering solutions with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Develop and review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage contractors and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on solar plant projects.
• Proficient in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their civil engineering requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
