POSITION INFO:

This established and fast-growing Logistics service provider with branches across South Africa offers a supportive culture with great opportunities for growth and development.

As the Claims Administrator you will be responsible for effectively managing the claims process with service providers and to ensure that claims are processed and concluded timeously.

Responsibilities:

Liaising internally and with service providers to ensure resolutions to claims logged.
Providing necessary document and final decisions when claims are closed.
Managing claims queries.
Assessing and investigating of claims logged.
Recording of incident reports and recoveries.
Preparing related invoices.
Arranging claims meeting with management for approvals.
Processing credit checks.
Loading and updating customer information and documentation.
Related reporting and administration.

Requirements:

Matric and completed finance or claim related qualification.
Experience in a logistics environment is essential.
FAIS accreditation is an advantage.
Experience on freight billing system.
