SUMMARY:
Signa OpportunityÂ is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africaâs youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Claims Administrator

Stipend: R5200 pm

Location: Marshalltown (Johannesburg)

POSITION INFO:
About the role
Supervise and monitor the claims administration team performance andÂ welfare

Duties and Responsibilities

Authorise claims all types of claims.
Ensure that all submitted documents meet the requirements.
Prepare for payments.
Link and reconcile payments.
Keep records of staff attendance register.
Liaise with clients and handle queries.
Prepare monthly statistics.
Prepare for the annual audit.
Compile and produce monthly reports.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance.

Requirements

South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34
Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
Matric
Certificate of Proficiency II/ National Diploma in BusinessÂ
Administration.
Computer Literacy
Team Player
Numerical understanding.
Diligence.
Customer service.
Good communication skills.
Everest system/ Everest.net knowledge.
Leadership Skills.
