SUMMARY:
Our Client based in Randburg is looking for a Claims Handler to provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Completed RE5
Minimum 2-3 years experience in claims administration
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent conflict handling skills
Highly competent with MS Office suite
Strong customer service delivery
Registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies
Handling all claims until finality and within mandates
Ongoing communication with Brokers and Client Liaison teams telephonically & via e-mail
