JOB SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a Claims Controller to join their team:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Acknowledge claim notification from Logistics service provider
Send notice of claim
Maintain claim status report
Request claim invoice
Analyse root cause of claims
Manage inventory for claim stock
Ensure weekly claim report is sent to management

Matric
3-year degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or Claims related - Preferable
Minimum 3 years in claims and operational control
