German Claims Coordinator – Cape Town CBD
A well-established international company specialising in travel and insurance services for European clients is seeking a German speaking Claims Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town CBD.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

German fluency
Professional experience using German (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good Microsoft Office skills
Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be advantageous
German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher) must be included in your application

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Handling medical and travel insurance claims
Responding to email enquiries
Managing claims from start to finish
Providing excellent customer service
Working within a multilingual team

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 09h00 – 17h00
