A national company with offices based in Bellville is seeking a dependable and experienced professional to oversee multiple client sites and ensure high service standards are consistently maintained.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate; tertiary qualification is an advantage
Clean Criminal and Credit (ITC) record
Valid South African driver’s licence
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Professional attitude with a strong focus on client service delivery
Working knowledge of Sectoral Determination and Industrial Relations
Effective cost management skills, including optimising chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance

DUTIES

Manage allocated sites according to agreed service standards to ensure client satisfaction
Oversee timekeeping and attendance management
Ensure smooth and efficient startup of new sites
Plan and prioritise portfolio management effectively
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease
Control and optimise labour and resource costs
Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
