POSITION INFO:
Step into a career where your accounting expertise meets global impact. We’re looking for Client Accountants who are ready to bring accuracy, insight, and excellence to one of Gauteng’s leading players in the reinsurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the reinsurance division.
Process and reconcile reinsurance statements, premiums, and claims.
Prepare and deliver accurate client account reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Liaise with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Resolve client queries efficiently and maintain positive relationships.
Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the reinsurance or insurance industry.
Strong understanding of reinsurance contracts and accounting treatment.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the South African insurance market (e.g., SAM, IFRS 17).
