Our Client who is in the Healthcare sector, is looking for a Client App IT Support Specialist to provide IT support within the Healthcare/Medical industry - Oncology/Renal

POSITION INFO:
nalMinimum Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation Certified is a prerequisite
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT)
• At least 5 years related working experience
• 2-3 Years’ direct experience in Managing IT Systems from a business point of view
• 2-3 Years’ experience in analysing and defining business requirement specifications
• Application Support Experience essential
• Experience within in a healthcare services environment (preferably having worked within Oncology or Renal)

• Responsible for supporting all clinical systems and applications in the portfolio
• Serve as the Custodial “Owner” and Subject-Matter Expert for the applications/systems
• Support the day-to-day use, performance and maintenance of the applications/systems, changes, improvements and enhancements to the applications/systems and involvement in all projects
• Support Users; troubleshooting network and server hardware issues
• Configure personal computers and mobile devices
• Manage systems and software applications
• Resolve telecommunication and network communication issues, including Wi-Fi
• Ensure that data security, privacy and governance procedures and guidelines are up to date, implemented and monitored
• Provide project support for new practices and solutions, in terms of installing adequate IT infrastructure
