Investment report backs on the company’s delegated solutions to own portfolio of clients as well as to unallocated clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job description

Regular communication and correspondence with clients, both formal and informal
Ensuring timeous response to client queries and requests within own client portfolio
Maintain, service and assist on own and unallocated portfolio of clients in order to add value to the clients, and to achieve client satisfaction
Provide report backs relating to economics and investment performance
Support the deliverables associated with advisory work and presentation report backs relating to economics and investment performance
Act as the interface between the client and other internal departments
Getting internal input to ensure ultimate client service and attainment of client objectives
Liaison and communication with internal departments on issues pertaining to management of the client portfolio
Displays self-awareness and insight into areas of strength and development
Fulfils his/her duties in such a manner that the relevant TCF outcomes are delivered
Constructively speaks up about any TCF short-coming in any part of the business

REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, investments, finance, economics, etc.
4 - 7 years relevant experience.
Studying towards CFP, CFA, Actuary, MBA – preferred

FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements

No criminal record
Class of business completed
RE5 completed
