SUMMARY:
Client Relations Liaison

We are looking for a Client Relations Liaison to join our team and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused and comfortable working closely with sales and internal teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilties Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for additional sales and refer leads to the sales team. Keep clients informed of new products, services and offerings. Attend client meetings and follow up on outstanding requirements. Monitor client satisfaction, service levels and agreed KPIs. Handle and escalate client concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and regular account reviews. Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and internal departments. Monitor client needs and communicate relevant changes to management. Follow up on sales leads and track progress with the sales team. Assist with client retention and ensure ongoing customer needs are met. Meet weekly appointment, client retention and sales GP targets. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times. Key Skills & Requirements Previous experience in client relations, account management, customer service or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Confident in dealing with clients and handling difficult situations. Target and results driven. Strong follow-up and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively within a sales team. Computer literate with good administrative skills.
