Client Relations Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, specialising in project development and operations is currently recruiting an experienced and well-organised Client Relations Manager that will be based in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain current business relationships and responsible for new business development.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Relevant Qualification/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Essential: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Essential: 2+ year experience in Client Relations Manager.

Duties:

• Maintaining existing client relationships.
• Forge new relationships with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and report clients’ needs to Technical Staff.
• Identify opportunities and develop plan for secure work.
• Assist Technical Staff in addressing the clients’ problems on site.
• Understand and comply with company service offering.
• Foster relationship with Technical Staff.
• Assist Technical team with improvement of quality in services offered.

Additional:

• Office based work.
• Client visits: Travel to clients and to parts of South Africa.
• Working from home will be considered – dependent on Covid 19 alert levels.
