POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

BCom in HR or a related field, or equivalent occupational experience, providing you with a solid foundation for success.
Proven track record of leading and delivering HR functions, demonstrating your ability to drive positive outcomes.
Extensive experience as an HR Manager specialising in Industrial Relations, showcasing your ability to handle disciplinary actions, retrenchments, and litigations effectively.
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safeguarding the organization and its employees.
A passion for talent management, with a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
Knowledge and experience in key regulatory frameworks such as BCEA, LRA, MIBCO, CCMA, and SARS, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
Computer literacy to effectively utilize HR technologies and tools.
Experience working within the automotive manufacturing environment, although not mandatory, would be highly advantageous.
