Key Responsibilities

• Consult telephonically with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and capabilities.

• Provide strategic advice on a variety of health-related products, including Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and GAP Cover.

• Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.

• Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure superior service delivery.

• Drive sales performance by achieving set targets and building a sustainable client base.

• Maintain full compliance with FAIS, FSCA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Matric / equivalent qualification essential.

• FAIS-compliant based on your Date of First Appointment (DOFA).

• FSCA-approved qualification (as per the FSCA’s list of recognised qualifications).

• Valid RE5 certificate.

• Must already meet the above qualifications OR have completed RE5 and be actively pursuing an FSCA-approved qualification (within the 6-year allowance from DOFA).
