SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Account Manager to build and manage the company's relationships with its existing and potential clients.

POSITION INFO:

Business development and networking with existing customers.
Visiting clients to build, develop as well as maintain positive relationships, and providing after-sales service.
Submit tenders to potential clients for consideration for recruitment services, following up on presentations sent.
Communicate with agents/ staff at different sites in Cape Town.
Negotiating rates and finalising proposals with clients.
Offering advice to both clients and the recruitment team on pay rates, training, and career progression.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated.
Work with our in-house team to prospect for newly established businesses in Cape Town
Manage birthday dates, gifts, accolades and anniversaries

The Ideal Candidate must:

have own transport.
have Matric.
be good at networking and building relationships.
be highly self-motivated
