Client Relationship Management – Senior Specialist – Insurance - Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth

R650K CTC pa

Leading global player in the Insurance Broking and Risk Management industry, with a sound reputation for their global expertise and performance excellence, are looking for a seasoned and astute Client Relationship Management – Senior Specialist to join their team in Port Elizabeth

In this key role, be responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. Align client strategies and needs to the organisation’s capabilities and resources. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of company products and services the client holds.

AIISA or similar qualification (or working towards), RE and FAIS compliant and a Minimum of 10 years’ experience in short term insurance sales and client service delivery as well as fluency in English and Afrikaans essential
