POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

CRM Functions

• Client service, training, on-site support, and account collection
• Plan and conduct client visits based on account analysis
• Support employers and clients with account/claim resolution (onsite and telephonic)
• Maintain client visit records (completed within 30 days)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct regular visits to new and existing clients
• Provide on-site registration and training
• Liaise with management on all client matters
• Submit weekly feedback on visits, training, collections, and queries

Sales Functions

• Prospect and acquire new clients via networking, cold calling, and marketing
• Identify key decision-makers and secure new business
• Sign new clients in line with performance targets
• Manage full client lifecycle, including after-sales service
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Conduct market and industry research
• Report weekly on sales activity and progress

Operational Support

• Credit control and debtor management for DAAS clients
• Process incoming documentation (CRM, Exempt, DAAS mailboxes) within 24 hours
• Follow up on incomplete claim information
• Assist with document collection from employers, employees, and third parties

General Duties

• Achieve revenue and performance targets
• Support team objectives and company growth
• Adapt to industry and company changes
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
• Assist across departments when required
• Share knowledge and support internal training

Requirements

Essential

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in client relations

Advantageous

• Tertiary qualification
• Medical claims experience

Skills & Competencies

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fast learner and adaptable
• Experience with CompEasy or similar systems beneficial
