POSITION INFO:

Client Kingdom: Engineer journeys that keep clients engaged, loyal and returning.
Segment with Precision: Build models that target, convert and retain.
Test Like a Pro: Run A/B experiments that reveal what truly works.
Root Cause Detective: Decode complaints, uncover patterns, eliminate friction.
Campaign Commander: Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns.
Systems & Data Synergy: Partner with tech/data teams to level up personalisation.
Escalation Authority: Communicate trends, issues and solutions with clarity.
Coaching Catalyst: Turn insights into better scripts, better training and better outcomes.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years CRM/lifecycle/retention experience essential
CRM & campaign management | Segmentation & funnels | A/B testing
Analytics (SQL/Python/BI)
Contact centre insight advantageous
Excellent communication skills

Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Commerce, IT, Data Science, Marketing or Business or related fields
