Skills & Requirements (Your Spell Ingredients)
A strong grasp of at least one modern programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go… unleash your favourite spell).
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related magical discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development
Experience with software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum
Solid understanding of databases and APIs
