POSITION INFO:

5-7 years Leadership/Managerment experience in the financial services industry (essential)

Over 5 year’s customer service experience in a call centre and/or bank (essential)

In-depth Bank products, systems and processes knowledge (advantageous)

Relevant tertiary qualification

Knowledge in resource planning principles

Formal training in Coaching skills

Computer literacy, including all Microsoft products, in particular Excel, MS office, MS outlook

Proficient in English
