POSITION INFO:
Our client delivers seamless customer communication and experience solutions for major brands. As a Client Services Manager, you will oversee onboarding, dayâtoâday client interaction, service performance, and accurate billing. You will work alongside technical teams to resolve complex issues, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full client relationship, ensuring strong communication, expectation setting, and service oversight.
Drive initiatives that grow client revenue and improve service delivery.
Oversee project implementations, ensuring smooth handover and clear communication.
Address support issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
Interpret KPIs, SLAs, contracts, and provide insights that support client growth.
Advocate for the client internally and represent company interests to the client.
Maintain accurate client information in OPACS/ERP systems.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (nonânegotiable).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using a case management system (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong customer service experience across multiple SaaS products.
- Proven ability to manage complex client issues and relationships.
- Experience in 3PL environments, especially with premium brands, is highly advantageous.
- Background in continuous improvement and project management recommended.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and clientâfacing skills.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving ability.
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work in a fastâpaced, highâpressure environment with composure and professionalism.
