Role Overview
The Senior Manager: Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale operational programs that support enterprise technology platforms and services. The role ensures operational efficiency, service reliability, and alignment between technology operations and business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (mandatory).
Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc in IT or Management) – advantageous.

Certifications (preferred)

PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2
ITIL v4
SAFe Program Consultant

Relevant Experience

10–12 years’ experience in IT operations, program management, or technology delivery.
Proven experience managing large-scale operational or infrastructure programs.
Strong background in service management and operational governance.
