Client Support Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well established company in the finance industry is looking for a Client Support Consultant to join their team. As a Client Support Consultant, you will engage with new & existing clients for funding enquiries and applications, as well as on going client support. This role also engages primarily with the Credit team and with various stakeholders within the business.

Minimum requirements:

The successful candidate should have an undergraduate degree
Minimum of 3 years experience of client support / services experience
Candidates from a banking industry will get preference
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be a dedicated team player with an analytical mind and good organizational skills
Must be techno savvy with exposure to CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Acting as first point of contact for all client enquiries and queries
Provide client support
Initiate discussions with potential client
Manage relationships and nurture partnerships
Track, evaluate and regularly report
