SUMMARY:
Passionate about sharing your clinical knowledge and further development of qualified nurses? A clinical training job opportunity is available at a private hospital in the West Rand of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Key duties:
Effective management of the risk based in-service training programs and quality
Management of CPD & other programs for qualified nurses
Participate in the selection process of internal and external students
Management of student administration and resources
Provide feedback on the progress of students to the Learning Centre and HOD’s
Participate in marketing of the nursing profession and community events
Qualification and experience:
Nursing Diploma or Degree
Post-basic Critical Care ICU qualification required
Post basic Nursing Education qualification (essential)
SANC registered
Assessor certificate would be advantage
Clinical education/facilitation experience is required
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficient in MS Office programs
