An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly respected enterprise technology business that designs, delivers and supports cutting-edge cloud, infrastructure and data solutions for many of South Africa's leading organisations.

This role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career in cloud engineering, infrastructure, virtualisation and DevOps, working alongside experienced engineers on enterprise-scale environments using modern technologies.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities - Support cloud infrastructure and platform environments. - Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimisation activities. - Support networking, storage, and virtualisation platforms. - Participate in cloud and DevOps initiatives. - Monitor platform health, performance, and availability. - Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution. Requirements: -Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems - 2-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud support, or related environments. - Understanding of networking fundamentals. - Exposure to Windows and\/or Linux environments. - Understanding of virtualisation concepts. Preferred Certifications - Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) - AWS Cloud Practitioner - CompTIA Network+ - Linux Essentials - VMware Certifications - Kubernetes Certifications Personal Attributes Strong work ethic, curiosity, accountability, initiative, teamwork, growth potential, and passion for technology. This is a hybrid working model.
