We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Financial Manager to take charge of financial operations across multiple stores in the Cape Flats region. If you thrive on leadership, strategy, and driving results, this is your chance to shine!

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do
â Lead and inspire a regional finance team
â Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
â Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
â Contribute to stock control and risk management
â Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
â Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy
What We’re Looking For
ð Qualifications:

BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
Honours degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)

ð Experience:

7+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG

ð¡ Skills & Competencies:

Leadership & people management
Strategic planning & decision-making
Risk management & budgeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Customer-centric mindset
