About the Role
Our client in the banking sector is seeking an experienced CoE Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise process architecture and Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation by establishing process governance, improving operational efficiency, enabling end-to-end business traceability, and supporting enterprise-wide process optimisation initiatives.
This position requires a strong blend of process architecture, BPM governance, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide transformation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise process architecture across all business levels.
- Establish and govern enterprise process standards, taxonomy, and modelling frameworks.
- Design and implement BPM governance structures and operating models.
- Drive BPM maturity improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Manage and optimise BPM platforms such as ARIS, Celonis, or similar tools.
- Ensure traceability between business processes, systems, applications, data, and controls.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to align process and system design.
- Identify process improvement, automation, and optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and monitor process performance metrics and KPIs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support a Process Engineering Community of Practice.
- Provide BPM training, standards, and modelling guidance to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise Process Architecture and BPM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN and process lifecycle management.
- Experience with ARIS, Celonis, Signavio, IBM Blueworks, or similar BPM tools.
- Experience linking business processes to systems, applications, and data architecture.
- Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently within complex enterprise environments.

- Banking or financial services experience.
- Exposure to agile or federated delivery models.
- Experience with process mining, automation, and digital transformation programmes.
