JOB SUMMARY:
Command Centre Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide 24/7/365 monitoring and computer operational services of all production enviroments (Networks, Infrastruture and Applications processing platforms)

Ensure integrity, availability and protection of compamy assets. facilities etc.

Monitor critical infrastructure and liaison during production and incidents

Processing, Command Execution, Run instruction end of day & reconciliation process

Report and escalate any alerts or anomalies detected by monitoring and processing of services

Logging of incidents and RFS accurately

Monitor alerts, evaluate and action level 1 & 2

Coordinate technical teams on customer bridge

Report any end user technology/equipment malfunction to IT support

Handover details of any systems incidents, delats, anomalies

Ensure emails are monitored, customer queries are responded to within SLA

REQUIREMNTS

Command/Service experience

Technical application

Exposure to core AWS service and AWS CLI

Knowledge of Linux commnads

Knowledge in writing queries in POSTGRES
