SUMMARY:
Strong Commercial Administrator needed for fast paced logistics company

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 - Essential
Diploma in logistics or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding and/or logistics
Experience with Dry Cargo beneficial
Working knowledge of G-Suite
Read/Understand shipping freight and other charges

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle any and/or special pricing requests
Inform customers and account managers about any new or changed prices and extra fees
Prepare and update prices each month for current customers' quotes
Share important industry news and updates with customers
Make sure all customer contracts and prices are correct and active
Discuss customer accounts and needs with internal team
