Commercial Bus External Transport Manager (Tickets/Smart Tap), Sandton Rneg+ Ben

• Grade 12
• Relevant IT Qualifications
• 5 years’ experience IT Environment systems, fares and routes
• Microsoft Application
• Admin related functions
• Understanding in Ticketing systems, fares and routes

DUTIES:

• Etm Manager will manage and control all SmartTap systems related issues.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeeping of SmartTap systems at all Business Units.

1. Smart Tap Devices

• Manage and control all SmartTap devices

2. Dataset Charges

• Support the ETM Officers with regards to any Shift changes
• Support the ETM Officers with regards to any Route changes
• Setup Cash Fares and Multi Journey Fares on the system

3. Passenger Support

• Investigate and liaises with BluLabel Multi Journey Sales Outlets

4. User Support

• Setup install SmartTap systems computers and printers
• Support Users with and IT related problems
• Create new users on SmartTap
• Disable Users on the system

5. Training

• ETM Officers
• Admin Staff

6. Administration

• Create Orders and GRV all TicketPro Monthly invoices
• Follow up on all Insurance Claims submitted by the Business Units for SmartTapdevices stolen
• Liaise with TicketPro and other vendors
• Setup ETM Data
• Setup Passenger support systems and tools
