POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, providing commercial guidance that supports profitable growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Lead the budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes, ensuring financial objectives remain aligned to business priorities and market conditions. Translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights, helping leadership teams understand performance drivers, emerging trends, and areas requiring intervention. Evaluate revenue streams, product portfolios, customer profitability, and operational performance to uncover opportunities for margin enhancement and sustainable growth. Support pricing decisions, investment initiatives, and resource allocation through detailed financial evaluation, scenario planning, and commercial analysis. Deliver clear and concise management reporting, including executive-level presentations, business reviews, financial commentary, and performance updates. Partner closely with commercial, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and operational teams to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and strengthen financial outcomes. Drive accountability across the business through measurable performance indicators, actionable insights, and continuous monitoring against strategic and financial targets. Champion process optimisation, reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to improve the effectiveness of the finance function. Ensure financial integrity through effective governance, reporting accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal control frameworks. Contribute to strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes aimed at enhancing competitiveness and shareholder value.
